Term & Conditions

• flowersinmumbai.com cannot commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 6 am IST to 12 midnight IST on the given date.
• Orders received till 2 pm IST will be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.
• The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
• The above product like Flowers, Plants, Fruits & Cakes will be delivered only in the city of Mumbai, Thane and their suburbs. Gifts Item will be delivered all across the globe.
• We will attempt delivery of the items only ONCE.

Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :

• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Recipient not available.
• Premises locked.
• Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
• Recipient refused the products.
• Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.

• Please note that Flowers, Plants, Fruits & Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally and will be always hand delivered.
• flowersinmumbai.com makes deliveries on Sundays & all national holidays.
• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, design, size or color as per the availability.
• flowersinmumbai.com reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) or other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
• In case of Terrorist Attacks of any Kind / Floods / Heavy Rains / Bandh (Political) / Transport Strike, flowersinmumbai.com reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
• Orders once placed for items like flowers, plants, fruits & cakes cannot be cancelled unless requested 48 hours prior of the delivery date. For cancellation of order of gift item, the cancellation request should be made through email 72 hours prior of the delivery date.
• flowersinindia.com will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, plants, fruits & cakes etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
• Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
• For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
• While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

Hotel

• Recipient Full name.
• Full address of the hotel.
• Room No.
• Telephone number of the hotel.

Hospital

• Full address of the hospital.
• Ward number or name.
• Home address of recipient with phone number.

• If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
• If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
• If due to the Hospital Policy or Security issues, the shipment is not allowed into the patients room, the shipment will be delivered at the Reception or at the security office or the recipients relative would be informed to come and collect it. In such cases the order will be assumed as executed.
• For delivery to all kinds of Ceremonies/ Weddings / Parties, flowersinmumbai.com may not be able to assure the delivery to the concerned person because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the person. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible flowersinmumbai.com shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
• Midnight deliveries will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.
• Flowers, Plants, Fruits & Cakes & Gifts can be ordered for midnight delivery only in Mumbai, Thane & their suburbs.
• Orders received till 6 pm IST would only be accepted for midnight delivery.
• flowersinmumbai.com will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
• For deliveries of gift items in cities other than Mumbai, Thane & their suburbs, flowersinmumbai.com doesn’t take any liability of time. As the shipment is not hand delivered, it’s done through courier services, flowersinmumbai.com cannot guarantee the exact date and time. But the deliveries of the shipment would be done in such a manner that the margin of delay would be minimal in accordance with the actual date mentioned / asked as the delivery date.
• For deliveries of gift items across the globe flowersinmumbai.com doesn’t take any liability of time. As the shipment is not hand delivered, it’s done through international courier services, flowersinmumbai.com cannot guarantee the exact date and time. But the deliveries of the shipment would be done in such a manner that the margin of delay would be minimal in accordance with the actual date mentioned / asked as the delivery date.
• No deliveries to international locations on Saturday's and Sunday's.
• For Countries in UAE, No deliveries on Friday.
• Delivery status will be available within 2 hours of delivery by email.
• Order that needs to be shipped internationally can be cancelled within 72 hours from the time the order is placed. After 72 hours the orders will be into process and cannot be cancelled.
• Any change in address / message unless placed within 2 hours through mail, shall be attended too.
• In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, we can leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbour / leave a door tag /leave a voice message.
• Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror is not cause for refund or replacement under any circumstances.
